About Our Company

Total Quality Building Services was founded by Brent Mostert, Victor Yang, and Susan Mostert in Charlotte, NC. Our team boasts an excess of 75 years management and leadership experience in the hospitality, commercial cleaning, and financial industries.

In September 2018 we expanded our operations into the Raleigh area, adding Daniel Bergeron as a new partner to TQBS.

This diversity of talent and experience brings a depth of understanding and knowledge enabling our team to solve the most complex of problems and perform at the highest level possible to meet and exceed our customer's expectations. The synergy created by our team members will yield top quality performance as measured by CleanTelligent and unsurpassed customer satisfaction as verified by our client testimonials.

Ownership

Brent Mostert has been in the cleaning industry for more than 25 years. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 1984 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management, Brent started his business career with Marriott International™ in the hospitality industry, where he spent 10 years developing sterling leadership and customer service skills.

Brent has worked in the commercial real estate industry serving as a vendor in both the commercial cleaning and the metal, stone, and wood maintenance and restoration industries for the past twenty years. During this 20 year period, Brent served and networked in Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Raleigh, NC as well as Columbia, Greenville and Charleston, SC.

Dan Bergeron has been in the cleaning industry for more than 15 years. Dan attended Louisburg Jr College before transferring to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dan started his career in the cleaning industry in Charlotte where he worked for 7 years in operations and sales before relocating to the Raleigh -Durham area to run a cleaning branch consisting of more than 4 million square feet of class A building space. He was very successful in cultivating a solid network in the Charlotte and Raleigh markets with his ability to be attentive and reliable while demonstrating a “can do” attitude.

Dan’s vision for Total Quality Building Services is in perfect step with Brent as they are both dedicated to providing the best customer service possible by going over and above to exceed customer expectations.
